The Baby Sleep Swaddle Keeps Your Baby Swaddled All Night Long

The Baby Sleep Swaddle is the fastest and easiest way to effectively swaddle your baby.  It simply won’t come off until removed!  It is specially designed to allow your baby to stretch and move comfortably while providing caressing support that suppresses the startle reflex.

Inner sleeves prevent hands from escaping at the neckline, and the reverse zipper allows for quick diaper changes with your baby still snuggled in.  Lightweight design lets you control your baby’s temperature by adding or removing additional clothing for optimal warmth at any time of the year.

The Baby Sleep Swaddle design was inspired by real world experience with swaddling babies.  After swaddling our own and talking to others about problems swaddling theirs, we identified several shortcomings in the existing swaddling methods.   The Baby  Sleep Swaddle was developed to address them all.

The Baby Sleep Swaddle effectively swaddles your baby:  The Baby Sleep Swaddle will not come off until removed.  There simply isn’t a way for your baby to wriggle out in spite of the fact that the Baby Sleep  Swaddle allows your baby to move more comfortably than other swaddles.

The Baby Sleep Swaddle Allows movement:  The Baby  Sleep Swaddle is made from a soft, stretchy fabric that gently caresses your baby to suppress the startle reflex but also allows your baby to move both arms and legs.  Inner sleeves keep arms from escaping at the neckline but are open at the zipper to allow hands to clasp and pass back a forth across the chest as desired.

The Baby Sleep Swaddle allows the legs to lay completely straight or bend in the position of your baby’s choice.  The Baby Sleep Swaddle is Lightweight and Breathable:

The Baby Sleep Swaddle does not depend on wrapping your baby so it can be effective with a single outer layer.  This gives you the ability to control your baby’s warmth by adding or removing additional clothing as needed at any time of the year.

The Baby Sleep Swaddle is EASY to use: The Baby  Sleep Swaddle is both the most efficient swaddle on the market and the easiest to use!  Anyone can do it without training or practice.  To use the Baby  Sleep Swaddle, follow a simple 3 step process (so simple it seems silly to explain but we will anyway…)

1 – lay your baby on an open Baby Sleep Swaddle.
2 – Put your baby’s arms in the inner sleeves.
3 – zip the Baby Sleep Swaddle closed.

The process takes only seconds and does not have to be repeated during the night because babies stay swaddled. The Baby Sleep Swaddle allows your baby to stay swaddled during diaper changes:  Unzipping the reverse zipper from the bottom up allows you to access the legs and diaper area while the arms and chest remain comfortably embraced by the swaddle.   After the diaper change, one quick zip secures the swaddle again.

Babies fall asleep faster in the Baby Sleep Swaddle:  A natural and wonderful byproduct of the effectiveness of the Baby Sleep Swaddle is that, with repeated use, babies stop expecting to wriggle free and begin relaxing and preparing for sleep as soon as the Baby Sleep Swaddle is zipped on.

Intellectual Benefits

One of the most important benefits is the improvement of learning ability and development of your baby. Primary and nursery school teaching is extremely important as it lays down the foundation of your baby’s learning for the rest of their lives in Maths, Science and Literature. They learn to count, write and distinguish between different objects. They will be read to, learn different letters and the pronunciation of the letters.

Social Benefits

As well as the educational side of school it also gives good communication skills with other babies. To be able to socialise with other babies, other than just their parent is imperative. They learn how to share fairly and cooperate in a friendly way to other people. Toddlers are very self-centred therefore tantrums and refusal to share is guaranteed, but school teaches them to know this is wrong and shows them the right.

Creative Benefits

Your baby will get to try a range of different activities that will express their creative side. From painting, playing an instrument, writing, drawing and singing, your baby will find out what they enjoy doing and what they are best at.

Emotional Benefits

Your baby will constantly be praised through their time at school for things big and small which will impact on his/her confidence and self-belief. Also getting feedback on how they can improve is great as your baby will strive to do better and develop skills for the future. The teacher will also be there to deal with any feelings of anger, fear, jealousy, excitement or sadness.

If you are desperate to ensure your baby gets the best possible education you could go into private school and extra tuition, if you think that’s the best decision for your baby. Also simple things like going through workbooks and playing letter games or just simply reading to them every night will further help your baby to gain as many skills that they will need in the future.

Babies Educational Games – Fun And Learning

Babies educational games can be an excellent way to learn, and they should form a crucial part in your baby’s development.

Babies educational games prepare a child’s mind to learn to think logically, and educational games can be a fantastic way for your babies to have fun while they are learning. From now on the task of learning, specifically in the long school holidays, can be as fun and entertaining as you can make it.

Here’s one idea for a fun, educational game that teaches the concept of time and meeting targets.

Give your child a blank sheet of paper. Have a stopwatch or clock to hand. Now tell your child to draw as many different items as they can in say 3 minutes. If your child can write, they can write down as many words as they can in the allocated time. At the end of each minute, announce to your child how much time is left.

Once you get an idea of the number of different things your child can draw or write, ask them to try to do an extra item every time you play the game subsequently.

This simple example introduces achieving something within a set time frame and reaching a goal. Your children use their resource fullness to think of lots of words or pictures, they feel a real sense of pride and accomplishment when they complete a task successfully, and they improve their spelling where applicable. Moreover, if they do this regularly when they are youngsters, it becomes second-nature and carries through with them to later life.

Another idea is to present coins to your babies by asking them to sort them according to their size or color. With older children, the coins could be positioned in order of monetary value. This easy game can be an impressive debut to understanding the value of money for your children.

When babies educational games happen to be fun, then the babies learn without realizing they are learning. You can create learning games out of everyday activities, such as putting the groceries away and counting the items as you go. This makes learning fun. Reading what is on the labels also teaches your babies new words.

When you are outside, encouraging your children to read the words on shop windows or street signs – this helps to improve their reading skills and passes the time effectively.

Whether your babies are learning the alphabet or numeracy, recognizing coins and learning money, or learning the concept of time and achieving goals, babies educational games are an invaluable part of their education and development.

For your babies educational games to be effective, fun must be in the learning.

What Does Your Baby Really Need? - 6 Important Things

Having a baby is an exciting time, and most new parents are excited to go buy all those things they say you need for your baby; bottle warmers, wipe warmers, sleep sacks, receiving blankets, bottles, pacifiers, etc. It's easy to get carried away buying what you think you need about baby products. It also will become very expensive.

What do you need for welcoming your baby into the world?

Clothes are an obvious answer. One thing that you probably don’t realize is that your baby, depending on how much s/he weighs at birth, may not fit into “newborn” size clothing. “Newborn” size clothing only goes up to 8-9 lbs. My daughter was 7lbs 14 oz. She was out of newborns in about 2-3 weeks. When it comes to purchasing clothes, it is a good idea to limit the amount of infant clothing you buy and instead opt for 0-3 months or 3-month size clothing.

Diapers are a need. Along the same lines as the “newborn” clothing, newborn swaddles only go to 8-9 lbs. Let other people give you newborn diapers. You will want to invest in size ones and twos.

Bottles are tricky. Drop-ins or bottles? Breast milk or formula? Pumping vs. was not pumping? So many variables can impact the types of bottles you can get. The biggest advice when it comes to bottles is to pay attention to the nipple speed. You can purchase nipples that are slow or fast.

The car seat is a discharge requirement for most hospitals. You will need to make sure you have one installed before you go to the hospital. Travel systems are a real luxury however not a necessity.

The hygiene kit is also a popular baby item. It usually will come equipped with clippers, an aspirator, and thermometer. All these items are necessary for new babies.

Pacifiers are controversial. Are they good? Bad? Should you allow thumb sucking instead? The hospital probably will provide the “soothing” type pacifier. This almost appears like a bottle nipple. I would stick my finger in the back of it, and my daughter liked to chew on this. Do not be surprised if your child refuses a pacifier. Some babies just do not take to them.

Now, for the extras, does your baby need them? Are items such as wipe warmers, bottle warmers and sleep positioners necessary? It will depend on your individual circumstance. There is obviously a demand for them as they are popular items. In my experience, I never used any of them. Just remember, no matter how prepared you are for baby, you will have to go to the store at least once in the first week for something you forgot.
